Name: Sam Submerse A.K.A: Cyborg Sam

History: Sam grew up in Monterey, California on a ocean front house. As a young boy, he had and obsession with the sea and water. While growing up, he was the captain of his swim team. After graduating high school and valid Victorian, he enlisted in the Navy. He became a Navy seal and was the top of his class. In a top secret mission, Sam was caught in the middle of enemy lines and was captured. The enemies tortured him severely, asking him for information about things he did not know. The enemies became angry and cut off Sam's legs. They then through him in the ocean to die. Remarkably, Sam survived the ordeal. After leaving the Navy from a disability discharge, Sam began to find a way so he can swim again. He dropped out of sight from 2020 until the present time. Little is known about Sam now, but the fact that he has created for himself cybernetic legs.
