History: Growing up in New York City, Joe was considered a loner. He didn't have many friends. He was depressed most of the time, but his academic capability came through. He was considered a genius by some. In 2016, he joined the Army at the age of 18. To the Army's surprise, Joe turned out to be the lead person. He one many awards and flew through the ranks up to Colonial. After leaving the Army in 2022, Joe went into the electronics business. He designed many new weapons such as the AK-68-B, a hand held rocket launcher and the B-7-49, a hand held, long range laser rifle. In the year 2026, the date the Orion's arrived, Joe seemed to disappear off the planet. It wasn't until the appearance of S.W.A.T. was he seen again.
